Shipping
We ship orders throughout the United States, Europe, and Canada. Orders are shipped through USPS, and UPS. Each order will include a tracking code with the carrier that will include the shipping progress details. if there is a concern with the delivery of your order please contact us with your order information so we may alert the carrier orders@adharatea.com.
Returns
At Adhara Tea & Botanicals, we stand behind the quality of every tea we source and every order we ship. Your experience matters to us, and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Because tea is a perishable product, we’ve structured our return policy to protect product integrity while still supporting our customers fairly and thoughtfully.
Order Errors or Shipping Damage
If we made a mistake with your order, or if your package arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@adharatea.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We will gladly correct the problem at our expense by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Quality Concerns
We carefully source and store our teas to preserve freshness and flavor. If you believe there is a quality issue with your tea, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
If a tea does not meet our quality standards, we will offer a replacement or store credit. In certain cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Unopened Tea Returns
Unopened, sealed tea may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Tea must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Opened Tea – First-Time Courtesy
Because tea is perishable and cannot be resold once opened, we are unable to accept standard returns on opened tea.
However, for first-time customers, we are happy to offer a one-time store credit on one opened tea that was not the right fit. This courtesy applies to one opened tea per customer.
Our goal is to help you discover teas you truly enjoy while maintaining fairness for all customers.
Used Teaware
Used teaware cannot be returned. Unused teaware in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Tea is personal. Flavor preferences vary, and we understand that exploring new teas can feel uncertain.
If you’re unsure whether a tea is right for you, we encourage you to reach out before placing your order. We’re always happy to guide you based on flavor profile, caffeine level, brewing style, or experience level.
We also offer 12g sample sizes on select teas so you can explore before committing to a larger amount.
