Xue Ya Shi Xiang Oolong "Winter Duck Poop" is a winter harvested tea from Guangdong Province, China. This Dan Cong is processed using similar processing techniques as the famous Duck Poop Oolong tea. It's produced using more mature leaves from a low yield winter harvest, giving it balanced lasting sweetness and floral aromatics. The winter harvested tea undergoes a light oxidation and roasting giving it a bright flavor and creamy finish.
