Que She Wuyi Oolong Tea - “Sparrow’s Tongue”

A tea unlike any other, Que She or "Sparrow's Tongue" oolong tea is named for its shorter, smaller leaves. This distinctive and uncommon Wuyi tea varietal is silky, creamy and sweet with notes of honey, dates, strawberry, and pecans. It has a lingering floral finish that will leave you wanting more and more.

Gong Fu Brewing:

Tea: 5 grams per 4 ounces of water
Water temperature: 195°F - 90°C
Infusion length: 25 Seconds. May be infused 6 additional times.

Western Brewing:

Tea: 1 grams per 4 ounces of water
Water temperature: 195°F - 90°C
Infusion length: 2 minutes. May be infused 3 additional times.
