Qi Dan oolong tea is produced from a tea cultivar that was propagated from the mother Da Hong Pao tree, and inherited the quality and characteristics of the parent tea tree. In Wuyi it is referred to "pure bred Da Hong Pao". This rare handmade oolong tea is carefully charcoal roasted to create a deep and rich flavor profile. Enjoy rich notes of cherries, ripe peaches, chocolate, cookie dough, frankincense, and minerals. A tea that truly deserves savoring.

Water temperature: 195°F - 90°C
Infusion length: 25 Seconds. May be infused 6 additional times.
Western Brewing:
Tea: 1 grams per 4 ounces of water
Water temperature: 195°F - 90°C
Infusion length: 2 minutes. May be infused 3 additional times.
