Awards:Gourmet Medal Award at AVPA - Teas of the World International Competition 2020
Organic silk black tea was created to capture the terroir of the Araksa Tea Garden in Thailand. They wanted to tea to highlight the wonderful flora and fauna of the area. This tea is made during the dry months when the nights are cool. It is processed in a way that is similar to an oolong, giving it a delicate silky smooth mouthfeel with sweet floral and fruity notes.
Brewing:
Tea: 3 grams (1 teaspoon) per 6 ounces of water Water temperature: 176°F - 80°C Infusion length: 3 minutes, add 60 seconds to additional infusions.
