Shui Xian, which translates to "Water Sprite," in Chinese is a famous rock tea that originates from Fujian Province. The tea bushes are grown in the mineral-rich cliffs of the famous Wuyi mountains, which produce a distinct flavor profile. This organic oolong tea was deep roasted adding rich toasty notes to the fruity floral finish.

Tea: 5 grams per 4 ounces of water
Water temperature: 195°F - 90°C
Infusion length: 25 Seconds. May be infused 4-6 additional times.
Western Brewing:
Tea: 2 grams per 4 ounces of water
Water temperature: 195°F - 90°C
Infusion length: 2 minutes. May be infused 4-6 additional times.
