Our organic Long Jing green tea (Dragonwell tea) was grown at a high mountain certified organic tea garden in Lin An of Hangzhou, Zhejiang. This tea garden has been certified organic since 2005 and their Long Jing is of outstanding quality. The tea is processed by the classic Long Jing frying, which gives it a roasted bean and orchid like flavor that's refreshing, delightfully smooth and sweet on the palette.

Infusion length : 25 seconds per infusion. May be infused up to 4 times.
Western Brewing:

: 1 grams per 4 ounces of water
Water temperature
: 180°F - 82°C
Infusion length : 1 minute per infusion. May be infused up to 3 times.
