Organic Kamairacha Ichoka Sencha is made from organic Zairai leaves cultivated and harvested in mountainous Isagawa, Haruno in Western Shizuoka, Japan. This tea was processed using a special withering technique to give the leaf slight floral notes prior to pan-firing. The result produces a tea with a traditional pan fired feel with Oolong like characteristics. This tea has bright notes of citrus and a lingering sweet floral finish.
