Preparation:
Matcha: 2 grams per 2 ounces of water Water temperature: 175°F - 79°C
Sift 3 grams of matcha powder into a chawan (matcha bowl) to remove lumps, and pour in 2 ounces of water.
Whisk in zig-zag motion for 15 seconds with chasen to create a frothy mixture
