Ma Tai Old Tree Raw ( sheng ) Pu-erh is a delicious Dan Zhu ( single tree ) tea grown and harvested in Ma Tai, a small quiet village in the high mountains of Lincang. Mai Tai is located on the banks of the Lan Cang River in Yunnan Province, China. The area is know for the many old tea trees that grow naturally in the rocky terroir that 's similar to Wuyi. which provides the tea trees with the iron and other minerals that contributes to quality tea leaves. This tea is complex and energetic with balanced floral, mineral, and citrus notes.

Water temperature: 195°F - 90°C
Infusion length: 60 seconds. May be infused 5 additional times.
