The Yun Wu tea from Mt. LuShan is picked when the first bud and first leaf begin to open. Production of this tea requires nine specific steps: fixation, loosing up, rolling, stir fixation, sorting out, rubbing, sorting out, tipping, and baking. The finished green tea leaves are tight, elegant strips with a smooth green appearance. The tea liquor is bright green with a strong lasting aroma, and tastes sweet and brisk.
