Jade Oolong tea is a beautiful well known tea from Nantou, Taiwan. Jade oolong is widely recognized for its deep green color and large tightly rolled leaves. Jin Xuan is a new tea cultivar developed in Taiwan in the 1990s, and is known for its natural milky flavor, and buttery mouthfeel. This refreshing and aromatic loose leaf oolong tea is sweet, smooth, and packed with fresh spring notes that lead to a delicate floral finish.
Brewing:
Tea: 5 grams (1 teaspoon) per 8 ounces of water Water temperature: 194°F - 90°C Infusion length: 1-2 minutes. May be infused 3-5 additional times.
