Bai Ya Bao

Bai Ya Bao is a very special tea that is produced from the young buds of wild tea trees. These buds are sparingly picked by hand and processed into a rare and unique tea. Bai Ya Bao is refreshing and smooth with sweet notes of apricot and pine.

Gong Fu Brewing:

Tea : 5 grams per 4 ounces of water
Water temperature : 170°F - 76°C
Infusion length : 25 seconds per infusion. May be infused up to 7 times.

Western Brewing:

Tea : 1 gram per 4 ounces of water
Water temperature : 170°F - 76°C
Infusion length : 2 minute per infusion. May be infused up to 3 times.
